Account & Registration

Visit 999pk.fun and click the Register button in the navigation bar. Fill in your full name, Pakistan mobile number, email address, a password and your date of birth. Confirm that you are 18 or above and submit the form. A verification code will be sent to your mobile — enter it to activate your account. The whole process takes under three minutes. Head to the Register page to get started.

No — each person is permitted exactly one 999pk account. Registering multiple accounts, including using different mobile numbers or email addresses, violates the platform rules and will result in all accounts being suspended. Any bonus funds in duplicate accounts will be forfeited. If you have lost access to your account, use the password recovery option or contact support rather than creating a new registration.

Click the Forgot Password link on the Login page. A one-time reset code will be sent to your registered Pakistan mobile number or email address. Enter the code and set a new password. If you no longer have access to either contact method, reach out to the support team at [email protected] for manual account recovery — you will need to verify your identity before access is restored.

Log in and go to Account Settings. Contact detail changes — especially mobile number updates — require verification of the current registered number before the change takes effect. This is to protect you from unauthorised account changes. If you no longer have access to your current registered number, contact support directly for assisted account recovery.

Accounts can be temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts — this is an automatic security measure. Wait a few minutes before trying again, or use the password reset option. Accounts may also be placed on hold pending identity verification, or suspended due to a terms violation. Contact support at [email protected] with your registered details to understand the specific reason and available options.

Yes — 999pk works through any smartphone browser in Pakistan. There is also a downloadable Android app that provides a faster, cleaner mobile experience. The app uses the same login credentials as the browser version, so you do not need to register separately. Visit the Download page for the latest app version.
Deposits & Payments

999pk supports the most commonly used PKR payment channels in Pakistan, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and other mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees. The full list of currently available methods and their minimum amounts is displayed on the Deposit page after you log in.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your 999pk PKR wallet within a few minutes of completing the payment. If your deposit has not appeared after 15 minutes, check that the transaction was confirmed on your JazzCash or Easypaisa app first. If the payment went through on your end but the balance has not updated, contact support with the transaction reference number.

No. Deposits must be made from a payment account, mobile wallet or bank account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — using another person's wallet or account — are not permitted. This rule also applies to withdrawals. Using payment accounts that do not match your registered identity can result in your account being placed on hold pending verification.

999pk does not add a platform fee on deposits. Your payment provider — JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank — may apply its own transaction charges depending on the transfer type. Check with your payment provider directly if you want to confirm any fees on their end before initiating the deposit.

First, confirm in your JazzCash, Easypaisa or banking app that the payment was actually deducted and has a completed status — not pending. If the payment is confirmed on your end, wait a few more minutes and refresh the wallet screen. If the balance still does not update after 20 minutes, contact the 999pk support team through in-app chat or at [email protected] with your transaction reference, amount, date and time so it can be investigated promptly.
Cricket Betting & PSL

999pk covers cricket betting across Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals involving Pakistan, home and away Test series, and major multi-team tournaments where Pakistan is competing. Available bet types vary by match and competition, but typically include match winner, top team batsman, top match wicket-taker, first innings runs over/under, method of first dismissal, and other standard cricket bet markets. In-play markets open once the match is live and may include over-by-over options. Check the specific match listing for the markets active on any given fixture.

Most cricket bets are settled within a short period after the official result is confirmed. For in-play bets, settlement happens after the relevant event in the match concludes — for example, an over-by-over bet is settled at the end of that over. Winnings are credited to your PKR wallet immediately upon settlement. If a result takes longer than expected to appear, check the match status first before contacting support.

The outcome depends on the specific bet type and how far into the match it was when play stopped. In most cases, if a match is abandoned before a minimum number of overs are bowled and no official result is declared, pre-match bets are voided and stakes are returned to your PKR wallet. In-play bets that were already resolved before abandonment typically stand. Specific rules for each market are noted on the bet listing page.

Withdrawals

Log in to your 999pk account and go to the Withdraw section of your wallet. Select your preferred payment method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer or other registered PKR channel — enter the amount you wish to withdraw and confirm. Withdrawals must go to a payment account registered in your own name. If you have not used a particular withdrawal method before, you may need to add and verify it first.

Withdrawal processing times depend on your VIP tier and the payment method you select. Standard accounts typically see JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals processed within a few hours to one business day. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank. Common reasons for a withdrawal being placed on hold include incomplete identity verification on your account, bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been met, a payment method that does not match your registered name, or a routine security review on larger transactions. Amounts below the minimum for a given method are not eligible for withdrawal through that channel — you would need to select a different method or accumulate a sufficient balance first.

Points accumulate in your account and determine your tier level: Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum. Responsible Gaming

Log in and navigate to Account Settings. In the Responsible Gaming section, you can set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap. The limit is enforced immediately once confirmed — the platform will not process deposits that exceed your chosen cap within the selected period. Self-exclusion is a tool for users who feel their gaming activity is genuinely out of control and want to step away from the platform for a defined period. During self-exclusion, you cannot deposit, place bets or access most account features. To activate it, contact the 999pk support team via in-app live chat or at [email protected]. Your available PKR balance at the time of exclusion can be withdrawn before or after the exclusion is activated.

Yes — a temporary account pause is available for users who want a short break without closing their account entirely. Pause durations range from a few hours to several days. Your PKR balance is preserved during the pause and your account returns to normal when the period ends. Find the option in Account Settings or request it via support.
