Each person may hold only one 999pk account. Multiple accounts per individual will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
Bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated tools or any form of fraud results in immediate account termination without balance recovery.

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the 999pk platform — whether through the website at 999pk.fun, the mobile app or any related service — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use 999pk.
These terms apply to all users regardless of whether you have completed registration. Browsing the platform constitutes acceptance of these general terms. Completing registration, making a deposit or placing a bet constitutes acceptance of the full terms including all sections below.
The terms form a binding agreement between you and 999pk. In case of any dispute, these terms are the governing document for the relationship between the user and the platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use 999pk. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 999pk reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age cannot be verified to a satisfactory standard.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one 999pk account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is a violation of these terms. Any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended, and balances including deposits and winnings may be forfeited.
You are required to provide truthful and accurate information at registration and to keep that information up to date. 999pk may request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. Do not share your password or PIN with any other person. 999pk will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have shared your credentials with a third party or failed to take reasonable steps to keep them secure.
Important: If you suspect that someone has accessed your 999pk account without your authorisation, contact support immediately. Do not continue betting on a compromised account.
999pk accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and other local payment channels listed in the Deposit section of the platform at the time of your deposit.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified in the Deposit section of the platform and may vary by payment method. 999pk does not charge deposit processing fees on its end, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — you should check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank directly if this concerns you.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts or mobile wallets registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including depositing from another person's JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet — are not permitted. Where third-party funding is detected, 999pk reserves the right to freeze the account and withhold withdrawals until the situation is reviewed.
In the event that a deposit is deducted from your payment method but does not appear in your 999pk wallet within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number. Do not initiate a new duplicate deposit before the first one is resolved.
Withdrawals from your 999pk wallet are processed back to your registered PKR payment method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank account or other supported channel. Withdrawals must go to an account registered in your own name. 999pk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Withdrawal processing times vary by tier. Standard accounts receive normal processing; Silver tier and above benefit from faster processing; Gold and Platinum VIP members receive priority and accelerated withdrawal handling. Specific timing windows are indicated in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
999pk reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security measure and applies to all account levels. Withdrawals may be delayed where documentation is requested and not yet provided.
Daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by account tier. Bronze-tier accounts are subject to lower daily limits; Gold and Platinum accounts have significantly higher limits. Current limit figures for your tier are visible in your account dashboard. Limits exist to support secure processing and will not be waived on request for standard accounts.
Withdrawal requests that trigger automated fraud or money laundering checks may be held for manual review. This is standard practice across the industry and is not specific to any individual account or user.
By placing a bet on 999pk, you acknowledge that betting involves real financial risk and that losses are a possible and normal outcome of betting activity. 999pk does not guarantee any return on bets placed on the platform.
All bets are subject to acceptance by 999pk at the time of placement. The platform reserves the right to decline or limit bets at its discretion, particularly where a technical error, incorrect odds display or market irregularity is identified. A confirmed bet slip number is your confirmation of a successfully accepted bet.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment without a result, technical display errors resulting in incorrect odds, or circumstances where the sporting event in question did not proceed as scheduled. Voided bet stakes are returned to your wallet in full.
Cricket match betting on 999pk follows Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments for rain-affected matches where applicable. Matches reduced to fewer than the minimum declared overs may be voided. Specific settlement rules for PSL and international cricket markets are published in the betting help section and apply to all relevant wagers on 999pk.
In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability during active matches. Odds change continuously during live events. Once a bet is confirmed on your slip, the odds are locked at the confirmed figure — subsequent market movements do not affect already confirmed bets.
Bet settlement for cricket matches typically completes within a few hours of the official result being confirmed. PSL match results are sourced from official competition data feeds.
999pk offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and VIP-specific rewards. Each bonus offer has its own specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of the overall 999pk Terms and Conditions.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable balance. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible contribution rates by game type are stated in each offer's terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.
Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using systematic low-risk betting patterns to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms — will result in immediate suspension of the bonus, cancellation of related winnings and may lead to account termination. 999pk uses automated systems to detect bonus abuse patterns.
The 999pk VIP programme operates on loyalty points earned through platform activity. Points accumulation, tier thresholds, tier retention periods and tier-specific benefits are governed by the VIP Programme terms accessible on the VIP page. 999pk reserves the right to modify tier thresholds and benefit structures with reasonable notice to existing members.
999pk takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform is designed for adults who choose to engage with it voluntarily and within their own financial means. We actively encourage players to use the responsible gaming tools available in the account settings.
You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your 999pk account at any time through the account settings panel. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes immediate effect. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period before they come into force.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 999pk and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential permanent ban from the platform:
999pk cooperates with relevant authorities in cases involving fraud, financial crime or other illegal activity. Account data may be shared with appropriate parties where legally required or in response to legitimate investigative requests.
999pk aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency technical fixes and circumstances beyond 999pk's control may result in temporary service interruption. 999pk will aim to communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.
The platform may modify, add or remove features, games, betting markets, payment methods and other services at any time without prior notice. Removal of a feature does not entitle users to compensation beyond the return of any unspent balance held in relation to that specific feature.
In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect odds display, a duplicate bet being placed or another system malfunction, 999pk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings generated through a demonstrable technical error are not payable.
999pk collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the platform you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of the overall terms governing your use of 999pk and should be read alongside these Terms and Conditions.
Your account data — including identity verification documents, transaction history and betting activity — is stored securely and used for account management, security verification and responsible gaming purposes. 999pk does not sell personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

999pk reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 999pk will post a notice on the platform or notify registered users through in-app messaging or email. The updated terms become effective from the date they are published on the platform.
Your continued use of 999pk after the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those updated terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to arrange withdrawal of any remaining balance.

Please do not initiate chargebacks through your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter through 999pk support. Chargebacks initiated without prior resolution attempts may result in account suspension.
All deposits, bets and withdrawals on 999pk are conducted in Pakistani Rupees. Foreign currency transactions are not supported on the platform.
Deposits and withdrawals must go through accounts registered in your own name. JazzCash or Easypaisa wallets belonging to other individuals cannot be used on your account.
